🐾 Meet Our Mascot – Mr. Rib!

Meet Mr. Rib! Yes, that was his name at the shelter—and it fit our world perfectly. Mr. Rib is a 97 lb, 2-year-old brown and white Landseer Newfoundland rescue with a love for adventure, water, and making friends.

After a long search for the perfect Newfoundland, Seadawg Marine’s owners, came across Mr. Rib at HSBC in Fort Lauderdale. It was love at first sight! His playful, gentle personality made him a fur-tastic fit for their active, marine-filled lifestyle.

Mr. Rib shares his passion for the water with everyone he meets. He even has his own custom Baydogs Seadawg-branded offshore lifejacket! Whether it’s snuggles, drool, or spreading joy, he delights customers and staff alike.

🐶 Photo ops and cuddles: Mr. Rib is available for meet-and-greets, photos, and treats—temperature permitting. For his safety, his time outdoors at the Fort Lauderdale location is limited during the hottest hours of the day.
